Welcome to Your Mountain Getaway at the Cornett-Deal Christmas Tree Farm!

Escape to the peaceful beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains in this charming true tiny home, thoughtfully designed to provide modern comfort while embracing the cozy simplicity of tiny-home living.

🏡 The Cottage

Step inside to a bright and inviting living space featuring vaulted ceilings, large windows, and plenty of natural light. Though compact by design, the open layout creates a spacious and welcoming atmosphere.

Relax in the cozy sitting area with a Smart TV and electric fireplace after a day of exploring the mountains.

The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, cookware, and bar seating, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. (Please note: there is no dishwasher.)

The main-level bedroom features a comfortable full-size bed with fresh linens and a full closet for your belongings. The bathroom includes a modern shower and plush towels for your comfort.

Loft Sleeping Area

The loft is a traditional tiny-home loft accessed by steps (not a full staircase). It has a lower ceiling than a standard second floor and is designed primarily for sleeping or relaxing rather than standing.

The loft includes:

* One full-size bed
* Two convertible chairs that fold into small beds and can be pushed together to create a larger sleeping area

This space is best suited for children, teens, or smaller adults who are comfortable with loft-style accommodations and the unique design of tiny-home living.

🌲 Outdoor Living

Enjoy your private covered porch with a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening while taking in the fresh mountain air.

Guests are welcome to stroll among the rows of Fraser firs, relax by the pond, or enjoy the open outdoor spaces throughout the farm.

Cornhole boards are located in the outdoor storage bin beside the house, and outdoor games such as Connect Four and Giant Jenga can be found on the tiny home porches for everyone to enjoy.

Don’t forget to visit the Cardinal’s Nest Craft Shop, located right on the farm, featuring unique handmade gifts and local treasures.

This is a thoughtfully designed tiny home, so spaces such as the loft, steps, and furniture are more compact than those found in a traditional house. The loft is a cozy sleeping and lounging area rather than a full-height upstairs and is ideal for guests who appreciate the charm and character of tiny-home living.

This is a brand-new rental! The inside is fully finished and ready for you to enjoy, with all the comforts you’ll need for a relaxing stay. Please note that we are still completing some outdoor landscaping and final touches, so you may notice a little work in progress around the exterior. We ask that you please be cautious when walking around the property, as there are rock walkways and natural terrain throughout the area.
